The Kress Building parking deck entrance is on 4thAve. North, a one-way street, between 19th and 20thStreet North. Enter the deck from 4th Avenue North beside Gus’s Hot Dog Stand. Follow signs inside the deck to the Kress Building entrance. A security guard will be in the deck to assist you into the building.
