Medical Properties Trust, based in Birmingham, Ala., has donated $25,000 to Children’s Harbor’s annual fund. This gift will help fund the 2017 summer camp grants that are essential to providing a place of rest and restoration to seriously ill children and their families – at no charge to the families.
Each summer, Children’s Harbor awards grants to over 25 illness-related non-profits and organizations to use the state-of-the-art, handicap-accessible camping facilities located at our Lake Martin, Ala. location.
