Ellen Philips
Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director

Ellen graduated with an Executive Secretarial degree from Collegiate Business Institute in Orlando in 1968. She joined the Children's Harbor staff in April 1995, and has been the Administrative Assistant to Jim Ray, Executive Director, ever since. Her strengths include extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of office management, organizational skills, and communication with the public. She is married to John D. Philips, President of The Philips Agency, Inc., and has one daughter, Michelle. Ellen is a member of First United Methodist Church in Alexander City and a member of the Alexander City Civitan Club.
