Audrey Lampkin, MSW, LCSW, LMFT
Clinical Director

Audrey is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed marriage and family therapist. She received her masters in social work at Barry University, Miami, Florida. As clinical director she oversees and directs the clinical operation of the Family Center, develops and implements programs, provides administrative leadership, promotes and supports patient/family education, and establishes collaborative relationships with the medical team and community liaisons. Prior to joining Children's Harbor Family Center in 1998, she served as Project Director for a Maternal and Child Health Bureau/Health Resources and Service Administration grant in the Adolescent Medicine Department, University of Alabama at Birmingham, Children's Hospital. Audrey has more than 20 years experience leading and directing programs (New Horizon's Community Mental Health Center and the Children's Psychiatric Center, Inc.) in Miami and Atlanta and has been actively involved in university accreditation, international visitors' affairs and community development committees. Her professional interests include visionary leadership, program and staff development, conflict resolution, personal growth, field placement supervision, cultural diversity, spiritual issues and families at risk.
